College Care Packages

In support of our young men and women who are attending college, St. Peter’s gathers shoe boxes, funny greeting cards and an assortment of other cheerful items to pack into “care packages” for these kids.  In December, we make sure that home-baked goodies go out in our boxes.

Trick-a-Trunk Halloween Party

Kids of all ages participate in St. Peter’s “Trick-a-Trunk Halloween Party” each year – so feel free to bring your favorite ghosts, goblins, princesses and pirates for a night of family fun!

During one evening in the Halloween season, this event will be scheduled at the church from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. We encourage our members to set up and decorate their car trunks in the parking lot from 6 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., and then hand out candy from 6:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.  A Halloween party, featuring a trip through a Haunted House, follows from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Seasonal Fellowship Brunch

Every so often our Fellowship Team hosts a brunch between the two services at St. Peter’s.  All are welcome – and we love the fact that “first service-goers” stick around and “second service-goers” come early so they can all sit down and share a meal together.

We look forward to these brunches every year . . . and hope to start seeing you there.  As they are being planned, details about them will be released on St. Peter’s website, in its Epistle, in the Sunday service bulletin and on the “Information Boards” in Fellowship Hall.
